Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The humidifier must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used humidifiers

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorised repairs

• Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your humidifier arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
